2. System Requirements
As the core of the electrical control of the injection molding machine, the industrial tablet controls the normal operation of each component of the injection molding machine, and at the same time exchanges data with the MES server and accepts the instructions of the MES server.

3. System description
PPC-1561 directly acts on the servo driver through high-speed real-time Ethernet to complete the control of injection. When the pressure detected by the pressure sensor is less than the pressure setting value, the servo driver controls the speed of the servo motor to keep the output flow of the pump at set value. The panel machine has a wealth of I/O ports, and monitors various expansion modules through modbus bus, such as precise temperature control of the barrel and high-speed mold opening and closing control. At the same time, all the panel machines are connected to the EMS server through Gigabit Ethernet for Server unified scheduling and data analysis, etc.
