The second episode of this series will be available on Mouser.com, Alexa, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, iHeartRadio, Pandora and Spotify, exploring the potential of power management and wide bandgap technology.
This series will focus on each month’s industry tech hotspots, with timely podcasts, videos, blogs, articles and infographics around today’s key tech trends.
In this episode, Raymond Yin, Director of Technical Content from Mouser, joins Steven Shackell, Product Line Manager for Silicon Carbide and Gallium Nitride at ON semiconductor, to discuss Current wide bandgap devices. While introducing what is “wide bandgap” in semiconductors, they shared the application, advantages and limitations of this technology in power management design.
